• Communicate and correspond with customers, sales force, and internal departments.
• Forward customer RFQs and leads to the sales team.
• Provide administrative support.
• Handle incoming orders and ensure complete processing in SAP, including maintaining customer data.

• Full execution of the accounting tasks for Helpers Hungary and Helpers Finance, Up-to-date Hungarian knowledge of taxation and accounting regulations (local GAAP)
• Payroll processing and related administrative tasks (optional, depending on the candidate’s experience),

• Participating in the preparation of management reports on business units’ financial performance, market position, sales and pricing activities, and opex and capex spending
• Preparing strategic and financial plans
• Maintaining efficient cooperation with finance teams and business units

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and correcting IT related technical issues, utilizing your technical and customer service skills
• Providing guidance to the client through the necessary steps to restore functionality
• Being responsible to either solve the issue or assign up to Level 2 support

• Extensive data entry and database management (core responsibility of the role).
• Upload, register, and update documents in designated digital platforms and databases.
• File, organize, and maintain correspondence and legal documents in a structured manner.
• Prepare, process, and follow up on invoices.

• Governance: Act as the primary liaison between the Hungarian entity and Global HQ.
• Consultation: Provide expert input on localization projects and the development of our "NaVi Services."
• Meetings: Lead weekly PM and QA meetings, and conduct 1-to-1 HR sessions to ensure performance accountability.

• Prepare and review corporate tax returns, ensuring accurate and timely filing
• Prepare half-yearly and annual tax effect accounting entries for group reporting
• Prepare tax disclosures for local statutory financial statements
• Support continuous improvement of tax compliance processes and controls

• Supervise the efficient operations including reception and f&b procedures
• Support team members in handling guest requests and enquiries to ensure a positive outcome is achieved
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
