Taking end-to-end responsibility for your TS Trade client portfolio within Wholesale Banking, you act as the primary point of contact and formal escalation point for operational incidents or deviations. • Process incoming customer payments in accordance with SLA;
• Maintain and clear customer accounts;
• Provide customer balance confirmation and perform reconciliations;
• Process customer returns, rebates, and refunds;
• Generate statement of accounts and process dunning letters;

• Managing the revenue cycle of a specified group of Partners and fee earners within the firm
• Holding frequent meetings with Partners, fee earners and Attorney Support Specialists to discuss Work in Progress (WIP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) in order to determine most appropriate course of action
