• Full-time position with primary work on construction sites
• Main work locations are project sites across different regions of Hungary

• Order- and delivery-related inquiries
• Guidance via email, chat, ticketing system, and limited inbound calls
• Work with modern ticketing tools
• Contribute to the development of an AI chatbot
• Support process improvements during quieter periods

• Calculate standard costs for products
• Determine labor rates and overhead absorption rates
• Maintain costing sheets and databases (including costing for new products or product pricing quotes)
• Perform standard cost update every 3 months (cost roll)

• Conduct a thorough review and analysis of parts orders across the entire region, provide recommendations for order optimization, and improve the parts supply rate.
