• Identifying and uncovering business problems and opportunities through collaboration with business stakeholders,

• Main work locations are project sites across different regions of Hungary
• Occasional international (European) project work may occur – not mandatory, but an advantage

• Creating Fund performance analysis and benchmarking
• Portfolio analytics including modelling of business plans and liquidity, capital requirements and fund KPIs
• Closely collaborating with the investment teams on asset management, business planning and budgeting

• Contributing to develop a scalable operating model for “Full-Service Residences” and “Covivio to Share”.
• Lead the pre-opening phase of the Alexanderplatz project and ensure a successful operational Go-Live.

• Degree in Architecture and minimum of 5+ years experience (post-graduate)
• Experience on large scale building or bridge projects, from Programming and Schematic Design through to Construction Administration and close out
• Experience coordinating consultants (MEP, Civil, Structural, etc.)

• Management of all Mercury’s commissioning responsibilities on site. This will include the setup, management of and closing out of the Commissioning plan for the project
• Management of direct reports (commissioning and testing personnel on site).

Deliver and implement consulting projects for leading construction industry clients, including general contractors, prefab manufacturers, suppliers and developers...

• Management of Site Safety in conjunction with the Mercury Safety Advisor.
• This will include the setup, management of and closing out of the safety file as part of the Management team.
• Supervise and Inspect work to ensure compliance with standard procedures and electrical assignments.
