We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our warehouse in Biatorbágy.

Task

Develop and implement training programs for warehouse personnel
Assess training needs and create customized training materials to meet operational goals
Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops
Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed
Collaborate with warehouse management to identify areas for improvement
Implement strategies to enhance overall warehouse performance
Act as a mentor and leader, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Expectation

Confident language skills: in Hungarian and English, or Hungarian and English and Ukranian / Russian.
Flexibility: openness to work in shifts and sometimes weekends.
Training Skills: ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
Leadership: strong leadership and team management abilities.

Advantages

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
Communication: confident language skills in Russian or Ukrainian.
Safety Knowledge: in-depth knowledge of safety protocols and warehouse best practices.
