Responsibilities

Lead daily production activities across seating production processes
Ensure achievement of production targets (SQCDP)
Monitor KPIs including OEE, scrap, downtime, and productivity
Support line balancing, capacity planning, and ramp-up activities
Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and develop production operators and team leaders
Conduct shift meeting and performance reviews
Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
Manage attendance, workforce planning, and performance issues

Greenfield & Start-Up Activities

Implement SOPs and standardized work instructions
Participate in layout optimization and process stabilization
Contribute to building plant culture and operational standards

Requirements

Min. 5 years of experience in manufacturing
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
Automotive or seating industry experience is an advantage
Strong people leadership and team development
Results-driven with high accountability
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Adaptability in fast-changing environments
Strong communication skills
Safety and quality orientation

Nice-to-have

Experience in start-up/greenfield projects preferred
