Responsibilities

Receiving, triaging, and resolving tickets via the help desk system in line with SLA and priority guidelines
Diagnosing and fixing hardware and software issues on laptops and peripherals
Preparing workstations for new employees including device setup, account provisioning, and corporate software installation
Maintaining asset records and documenting solutions in the knowledge base
Communicating with users in English and Hungarian, both written and verbal
Escalating complex incidents to L3 with thorough documentation when needed

Requirements

1+ year of experience in IT support
Confident working with Windows 10/11, Linux like Ubuntu, MacOS
Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN
Native Hungarian speaker with English proficiency at B2 level or above
Experience with help desk ticketing systems

Nice-to-have

Familiarity with MDM/RMM tools
Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD
CompTIA A+ certification
ITIL certification
Experience in a multicultural work environment
Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian
