Responsibilities
Lead and develop an HRIS team
Own Talent & Learning platforms (e.g. Cornerstone On Demand, SmartRecruiters)
Ensure integration with SAP HCM, Microsoft 365, and more
Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders
Manage budget and external vendors
Drive system improvements, HR process digitalization, and AI innovation
Act as advisor for learning, talent, and recruitment technologies
Safeguard system integrity, data quality, and compliance
Facilitate a global Key User community for upskilling and knowledge sharing

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or IT, ideally in manufacturing or consulting
Experience working internationally and managing diverse stakeholders
Proven leadership and communication skills
Technical mastery of HR technology (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, or Workday)
Strong project management skills with analytical mindset
Fluent in English (C1 or higher); other languages are a plus
Distinct customer and result orientation
Experience working internationally and managing diverse stakeholders
Proven leadership and communication skills
