Responsibilities
Lead and develop an dedicated team of HRIS experts, fostering collaboration and growth
Own our Talent & Learning platforms (e.g. Cornerstone On Demand, SmartRecruiters), ensuring top performance and smooth integration with SAP HCM, Microsoft 365, and more
Collaborate successfully with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to align technology with business needs
Manage budget and external vendors
Drive system improvements, HR process digitalization, and AI innovation to create a seamless, user-friendly experience
Act as the go-to advisor for learning, talent, and recruitment technologies
Safeguard system integrity, data quality, and compliance
Facilitate a thriving global Key User community, ensuring ongoing upskilling and knowledge sharing

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or IT, ideally in manufacturing or consulting
Experience in working internationally and in managing diverse stakeholders successfully
Proven leadership and communication skills
Technical mastery of HR technology (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, or Workday)
Strong project management skills pared with an analytical mindset
Fluent in English (C1 or higher); other languages are a plus
Distinct customer and result orientation
Experience in working internationally and in managing diverse stakeholders successfully
Proven leadership and communication skills
