We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team. In this strategic role, you will work closely with hiring managers to attract, identify, and hire top talent. You will play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies, driving proactive sourcing initiatives, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

What you’ll do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from role briefing to offer negotiation.
- Proactively identify and approach top talent through direct headhunting and market mapping.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and market insights.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

What you’ll bring
- University or college degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar field.
- Proven experience in direct headhunting and proactive sourcing.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
