YOUR TASKS

As Sous Chef you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Working under the guidance of the Executive Sous Chef, be able to organize the team and workflow to execute the menu dishes according to the recipes and user guides in a high volume atmosphere for our guests.
Lead and drive the team to maintain the highest level of productivity and efficiency in overall food preparation in the F&B outlets plus in-room dining.
Be able to project and procure the adequate amount of products and prepare in timely manner.
Demonstrate the ultimate level of food safety, understanding HACCP principles, possess the highest personal hygiene.

YOUR PROFILE

As Sous Chef, we expect from you:

Globally-recognized culinary qualification.
Menu planning and recipes knowledge
Fine dining knowledge and experience for at least 5 years
Excellent leadership skills and able to motivate the team to deliver exceptional quality
Speak, read and communicate in a good level of German and English
Must be of smart appearance with excellent personal hygiene standards
Very good Food & Beverage knowledge
Very good kitchen organisation experience
