Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Recruiter to join our brand new team to source the best talent for one of our biggest and newest clients from healthcare industry.
What you will do:
- Source diverse candidates using various sourcing channels internationally
- Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to understand the requirements of each role
- Conduct screening interviews with candidates
- Provide great candidate experience
- Deliver updates and data from the market
Requirements
What we would like you to have:
- Professional level of English and German is a must (you will work in both languages)
- Previous recruitment experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Autonomous, proactive and curious
- A flexible approach, as the new client implementation phase makes this role very dynamic
- Willing to visit an office at least 2 times a month
