We are seeking a

 

Senior Reward Partner

 

to join our Reward team.

 

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing effective compensation and reward strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees within the responsible business area. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, HR partners and business leaders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to HR partners on compensation matters, including salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits packages.
  • Develop comprehensive compensation and reward programs tailored to the needs of our responsible business area, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
  • Conduct regular market analyses and benchmarking studies to ensure our compensation and reward practices remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Partner with HR partners and business leaders to address compensation-related issues and challenges, offering strategic solutions to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage Rewards projects, coordinate the preparation and implementation of communication and educational programs and materials related to benefits.
  •  proactively recommending adjustments to policies and procedures as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall effectiveness of our compensation and reward programs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation matters, providing training and development opportunities for HR partners and stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in compensation and reward management, with a proven track record of success in designing and implementing effective programs.
  • Deep understanding of compensation principles, practices, and market trends, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • MS applications, C&B software (HAY), HR systems (SAP SF)
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical skills,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
