Responsibilities
For our Budapest Recruitment team, we are looking to bring on board experienced recruiter with an overview and understanding of the end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting one of our Investment Banking Client.
You who will be involved in liaising with stakeholders on a day-to-day basis, will set and manage sourcing activities through a sourcer and help plan innovative resourcing strategies. Experience in recruiting within Investment Banking sector is a big advantage.
This is a hybrid work model - there would be a possibility to work from the client's office.
- Leading an end-to-end recruitment process.
- Ensuring quality shortlists are prepared and delivered in timely manner.
- Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders.
- Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
- Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations.
- Ensuring candidate and hiring manager great experience by frequent updates and communication.
- Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated.
- Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
- Undertaking market mapping projects.
Requirements
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working directly with Hiring Managers.
- Proven experience recruiting for highly technical roles,
- Fluency in English & Hungarian, both written and spoken.
- Strong customer focus and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients and teammates.
- Analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach.
