Responsibilities
As a Senior Recruiter, you'll be responsible for the execution of the recruitment strategy as well as managing the end-to-end candidate selection process, from attraction to final offers. Leveraging your skills in relationship-building and process management, you'll collaborate with educational institutions, organize recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey. Your efforts will ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, aligning with each client's unique values and strategic goals.
This is a full-time / onsite position (3 times per week) at our client’s location.
We will rely on you to:
- Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with hiring managers/stakeholders. Maintain execution of the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services to them, providing counsel, advising through insight and SME knowledge on the recruitment process and ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and met
- Lead discussion on attraction strategies to correctly identify approach based on market and hiring demands
- Monitor funnel metrics team to ensure bottlenecks are identified and addressed ahead of time
- Collaborate effectively with relevant teams to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience
- Ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements.
- Lead vacancy consultation discussions to agree the recruitment plans with hiring managers and document outcomes of the intake meeting
- Support the hiring manager(s) with hiring decisions and guide them in determining an appropriate offer; lead the calibrations session and offer process to close the candidate
- Anticipate potential stakeholder issues within own area of expertise, taking action to address, and using judgement to escalate appropriately
- Share and implement knowledge gained from other teams to enhance own recruitment delivery
- Actively participates in, or co-ordinates projects outside direct remit of responsibility
- Analyse hiring reports to ensure hiring data is accurate and supports attraction and process improvement opportunities
- Keep up to date with current and impending legislation, development and changes in the recruitment market. Proposing changes to policies and practices were applicable and appropriate in conjunction with the Team Lead.
Requirements
- Proven significant recruitment experience (4+ years)
- Effective English & Hungarian business communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with and influence others and be clear, engaging and professional in written and oral communications.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel
- Demonstrated client service focus with the ability to develop relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment
- Working knowledge of recruitment technology and systems
- Project management experience is a plus
- Familiarity with the Financial / Professional Services sector is a plus
