Requirements

5+ Years Experience in People Operations
Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Program Ownership Experience
Deep Expertise in Hungarian Labor Law, Payroll, Taxation, and Social Security
Hands-On Payroll Experience Across Multiple Jurisdictions Including US and UK
Strong Background in Global Benefits Administration
Experience Supporting or Coordinating Immigration Processes Across Hungary, EU, US, UK or Other Regions
Proficiency with HR Systems Such as HiBob
Familiarity with Everstage, Pave or Similar HCM/Payroll Platforms
Process-Improvement Mindset
Strong Project Management Skills
Fluency in Hungarian and English

Nice-to-have

Experience in High-Growth Tech, Startup or Multinational Environments, HR, Compensation or Global Mobility Certifications, Experience Building or Scaling HR Processes from the Ground
