Requirements

5+ Years of Experience in People Operations Including Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Program Ownership
Deep Subject Matter Expertise in Hungarian Labor Law Payroll Taxation and Social Security
Hands-On Experience Running Payroll Across Multiple Jurisdictions Including the US and UK
Strong Background in Global Benefits Administration
Experience Supporting or Coordinating Immigration Processes Across Hungary the EU US UK or Other Regions
Proficiency with HR Systems Such as HiBob and Familiarity with Everstage Pave or Similar HCM Payroll Platforms
Process-Improvement Mindset
Strong Project Management Skills with Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities Across Stakeholders
Fluency in Hungarian and English

Nice-to-have

Experience in High-Growth Tech Startup or Multinational Environments, HR Compensation or Global Mobility Certifications, Experience Building or Scaling HR Processes from the Ground
