Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Coordinate workforce management and succession planning
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment and selection team
- Manage performance management, goal setting processes, and employee development
- Provide full professional support to managers in areas such as labor law, compensation, performance appraisal, training, and HR KPIs
- Participate in HR strategy development and implement guidelines across the organization
- Monitor labor law changes and ensure compliance regarding working hours, shifts, and employment termination
- Actively participate in change management and organizational transformations
Requirements
- College or university degree (HR degree is an advantage)
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a multinational manufacturing company (pharmaceutical, automotive, energy, FMCG preferred)
- Negotiation-level English, actively used in professional settings
- Strong analytical, communication, and networking skills
- High degree of precision, independence, and ability to work in a team
- Adaptability, resilience, and responsible attitude
- Ability to identify with the company’s values: customer focus, entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, solidarity, ambition, courage, practicality, openness, respect, and readiness to act
Nice-to-have
Experience working in an international environment with COE colleagues or global/regional HR Business Partners on HR projects
