Senior Associate Customer Service (German Speaker)
YOU will be involved in the following tasks
- Responsible for perfect End-to-End order fulfilment, from order receipt to delivery ensuring customer satisfaction within Emulsion Polymers business
- Covering own client portfolio and keeping a good relationship with both external and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate all customer requests within the organisation, effective cooperation with different departments
- Proactively monitor open orders and deliveries to avoid and resolve issues at the earliest possibility and mitigate negative impact of unavoidable disturbances
- Document, investigate and follow up of internal and external complaints
What YOU will bring to the team
- Fluent in English and German (mandatory)
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Strong, decided personality
- Solution oriented mindset, analytical thinking
- Customer focus
- SAP knowledge, experience in Supply Chain is advantage
