Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of a market-oriented sales strategy on the Hungarian market;
- Execution of sales plans (turnover, volume, margin) and achievement of business targets;
- Expansion of the customer base and identification of new business opportunities across target groups (B2B, Distribution, DIY, Independent Channels, Project Sales);
- Design, development and continuous improvement of the sales organization, including planning of required human and material resources;
- Effective, performance- and goal-oriented leadership, motivation and development of the sales team;
- Close cooperation with marketing and logistics to ensure efficient market presence and customer communication;
- Establishment and maintenance of relationships with key customers and management of Key Account activities;
- Ensuring effective communication towards target groups while maintaining existing sales channels;
- Monitoring and analysis of sales performance;
- Initiation and implementation of business development and change management initiatives;
- Cross-functional collaboration with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or Engineering;
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in a similar senior sales leadership role (Commercial Director, Country Manager, Head of Sales, National Sales Manager, Business Director, Business Unit Manager, Senior Key Account Manager, értékesítési vezető, kereskedelmi igazgató, építőipar, építőanyag kereskedelem) preferably within Building Materials, Construction Industry, Construction Chemicals, Flooring Systems, Facade Systems, Plastics, Insulation, Adhesives, Paints, Coatings, Technical Sales, Project Sales or related industries;
- Experience in building and managing a sales organization;
- Proven track record in strategy development (B2B Sales, Distribution, Dealers, Independent channels, DIY, Architects, Specifiers, Designers, General Contractors, tervezők, kivitelezők);
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and managing multichannel sales structures;
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience managing diverse teams;
- Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills;
- Strategic way of thinking, with hands-on, results-oriented approach;
- High level of commitment, initiative and accountability;
- Fluent ENGLISH and (native Hungarian) language skills;
- Willingness to travel frequently.
