In the Alps, Balkan and Central Europe (ACE) region we are searching for a
Regional HR Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • The aim of the Human Resources department in ACE (with 12 countries and 3 divisions) is to attract, recruit, reward, develop, motivate and retain highly engaged employees to support the business achieve its strategic objectives.
  • In line with Group strategies and local legal requirements, You will lead the regional Human Resources agenda, providing a full range of operational HR support & advice to management of all divisions, anticipating on and developing solutions on people related issues in order to achieve the business objectives.
  • You will be a member of the Management team of the establishment.
  • You will have the opportunity to define and implement the HR strategy, providing a full range of operational HR support and advice to management, anticipating on and developing solutions
  • You will work closely with Management Team and line managers providing them with expert guidance, coaching and support on the full range of HR activities and employee relations
  • You will implement concrete actions and projects to embed OUR JOURNEY, the Air France KLM employee experience, in the everyday experience of each employee
  • You will lead industrial relations by developing and maintaining an effective partnership with staff representatives ensuring regular consultation and communication. Manage relations and negotiations with employees and Trade Unions (CLAs negotiations).
  • You will develop and  maintain the remuneration policy and ensure understanding and application of it. You will also define, communicate and benchmark remuneration package (salary, fringe benefits,…), making and implementing recommendations to achieve objectives of staff retention and employee engagement
  • You will ensure development and optimal training to reach maximum levels of engagement and productivity of your excellent HR Team.

Requirements

You are the ideal candidate, if:

  • you have a Master degree (or equivalent in experience) in Human Resources Management
  • You have at least 8-10 years of experience in HR and at least 2-3 years of experience in managerial role in a multinational environment
  • You speak fluent English and preferably basic knowledge of French and German
  • Having high level of computer skills, MS Office tools.
  • You are a team-player with an excellent negotiating and influencing skills
  • You are independent and self-motivated with ability to work under pressure
  • You have a positive and open-minded spirit with problem solving and hands-on attitude
  • You have a strong analytical skills with a structured working attitude
