Responsibilities

  • Mentorship and coaching of up to 10 recruiters
  • Performance management including regular reviews, one-on-ones, IDPs, and team goal setting
  • Process optimization of all recruitment stages
  • Innovation and tools leadership for testing and implementing new technologies
  • Analytics and reporting of recruitment data to management
  • Business influence as primary talent expert for senior leadership
  • Hands-on recruitment managing full cycle for 2-3 complex roles per quarter

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in senior or team leadership role with 5+ direct reports
  • Expert-level skills in core recruiting competencies including sourcing, interviewing, and analytics
  • Proven experience in optimizing and building scalable processes
  • Ability to connect hiring goals to long-term company objectives
  • Effective communication with senior leadership and team inspiration
  • Fluent English (C1)
