Responsibilities

Mentorship and coaching of up to 10 recruiters
Performance management including regular reviews, one-on-ones, IDPs, and goal setting
Process optimization of all recruitment stages
Innovation and tools leadership for testing and implementing new technologies
Analytics and reporting of recruitment data to management
Business influence as primary talent expert for senior leadership
Hands-on recruitment managing full cycle for 2-3 complex roles per quarter

Requirements

Proven experience of 5+ years in senior or team leadership role
Management of 5+ direct reports
Expert-level skills in core recruiting competencies including sourcing, interviewing, and analytics
Experience in optimizing and building scalable recruitment processes
Ability to connect hiring goals to long-term company objectives
Effective communication with senior leadership
Fluent English (C1)
