
Project Responsible – Archives and Due Diligence
Job purpose
As our new colleague, you will be playing a key role for managing the site archives on Újpest Technical Department. In this role, you will be able to use your result-oriented approach as well as your excellent communication and conflict management skills.
About the site
Chemical development and production are the most important area within the company group, as more than 40 effective substances and more than 10 intermediates are produced at the Újpest site. Since 2000, the site has been the most important prostaglandin producer in the world. We put emphasis on innovation and customer needs are served with high technology solutions.

About growing with us - in this role your responsibilities will be
Ensure recording of the data for indexation into Iron Mountain Connect
Manage shipments or returns of the archived boxes to or from IM
Manage periodic destructions
Management of contract with IM at site level
Must have extensive understanding and experience in all phases of lifecycle records management, will be responsible for leading and developing Records Management programs, draft Records Control Schedules, and oversee the performance of records inventories
Will provide expertise in storage requirements, records retention and disposition, digitization, capturing and sharing collective archiving knowledge of the organizations
Will possess expertise and understanding of the Recordkeeping requirements, and knowledge of various electronic recordkeeping practices including but not limited to, email management, digital imaging
Responsible for archiving-related training and analysis
About you: Qualifications, education and work experience
University studies/ BSc degree
2-3 years of professional experience in archives management
Fluency in both written and spoken English, native Hungarian
Project management knowledge
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Experienced in Lean methodology
Nice to have

Experience in Iron Mountain usage
