Responsibilities

You will lead, schedule and implement projects connected to our strategic corporate partnership portfolio
You will manage diverse (cross-)organizational project teams within the University
You will take part in the realization of contracted elements / obligations between the partner companies and the University
You will create new processes, test prototypes and lead regulatory governance initiatives

Requirements

You have a university degree in business administration, business informatics, marketing or related fields with exceptional academic performance (preferably from Corvinus University of Budapest)
You have an excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
You have 3–5 years of experience in managing corporate (B2B) clients and building strong stakeholder relationships
Strong organizational and mentoring skills, with the ability to share knowledge and guide less experienced team members
Proficiency in MS365, especially Excel and Outlook and project management softwares (Asana)
Good problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset with the willingness to work in an agile environment
Capable of making critical decisions under pressure and managing complex stakeholder relationships
Skills in graphic design platforms (such as Canva) and process visualization platforms (such as Miro or Heflo) is a plus
