Support Retail Leadership and drive operational excellence!

As a Professional Secretary, you will support corporate and business operations, coordinate team activities, prepare analyses, participate in projects, and independently manage processes and systems. This role goes far beyond traditional administration — you will be a key contributor to decision‑making and business execution.
Tasks
Administrative support: Manage calendars, organize meetings, coordinate correspondence
Communication liaison: Ensure clear, effective communication between the Retail Head and internal/external stakeholders
Project coordination: Support planning and execution of retail projects, track progress, collaborate with cross‑functional teams
Confidentiality management: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Operational coordination: Oversee retail processes and systems, ensure continuous monitoring and follow‑up
Additional professional tasks
Collect and organize information for planning and project preparation
Prepare analyses, identify trends, and propose improvements
Support decision‑making by preparing action plans and review materials
Independently manage processes and systems, prepare detailed reports
Monitor market and business trends, provide insights and recommendation
Requirements
University degree
Relevant experience in a role where you supported daily operations, coordinated tasks independently, or worked closely with leadership
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Excellent problem‑solving and prioritization skills
Digital proficiency: ERP/CRM systems, MS Office, online meeting platforms
Fluent business English
Advantage: any CEE language, retail industry experience
