Support Retail Leadership and drive operational excellence!

Are you someone who thrives in a role where organization, analytical thinking, and proactive support truly matter? Would you enjoy working directly with the Head of Retail, contributing to strategic initiatives and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations? If so, this opportunity is a great fit for you.

As a Professional Secretary, you will support corporate and business operations, coordinate team activities, prepare analyses, participate in projects, and independently manage processes and systems. This role goes far beyond traditional administration — you will be a key contributor to decision‑making and business execution.

  • Administrative support: Manage calendars, organize meetings, coordinate correspondence

  • Communication liaison: Ensure clear, effective communication between the Retail Head and internal/external stakeholders

  • Project coordination: Support planning and execution of retail projects, track progress, collaborate with cross‑functional teams

  • Confidentiality management: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

  • Operational coordination: Oversee retail processes and systems, ensure continuous monitoring and follow‑up

 

Additional professional tasks

  • Collect and organize information for planning and project preparation

  • Prepare analyses, identify trends, and propose improvements

  • Support decision‑making by preparing action plans and review materials

  • Independently manage processes and systems, prepare detailed reports

  • Monitor market and business trends, provide insights and recommendation

 

  • University degree

  • Relevant experience in a role where you supported daily operations, coordinated tasks independently, or worked closely with leadership

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information

  • Excellent problem‑solving and prioritization skills

  • Digital proficiency: ERP/CRM systems, MS Office, online meeting platforms

  • Fluent business English

  • Advantage: any CEE language, retail industry experience

  • Direct collaboration with the Head of Retail
