Telenor Common Operation (TnCO), recently founded internal Technology Service Provider offering IT and Network operation services to Telenor business units (mainly Hungary, Serbia, Montenegro and Bulgaria) is currently looking for candidates for the following position within the Performance Management Office

Performance manager

    Job overview:
    The primary purpose of this position is to follow-up and improve TnCO performance and the processes supporting the professional cooperation with our Customers. In this position you will have the opportunity to see everything that is happening in the company and drive the improvement of internal performance and processes.

Main tasks

  • Analyze performance indicators, and identify improvement areas
  • Identify and participate in process improvement activities
  • Formalize initiatives in TnCO for simplification, standardization and efficiency
  • Managing project like activities aiming at internal improvement
  • Participate in performance target setting (quality and process performance) and cascade down
  • Analyze new complex business demands coming from our customers
  • Set up measurement of KPIs, propose improvement for currently measured KPIs
  • Continuous consultation with customers and TnCO internal units on well managed interfaces
  • Organize expert teams for technical feasibility studies of high level business requests

Requirements

  • University or college degree preferable from Business or IT area
  • 1-3 years of experience in Telco or IT operations
  • Project management capabilities
  • Good analytical skills, systematic mentality
  • Thorough knowledge in MS Office
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
  • Mobile, willing to travel across the CEE region – (less than 6 times a year)
  • Customer centric mindset
  • Innovative, motivated and creative
  • Team player attitude

Advantage(s)

  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g Power BI, Tableau)
  • Database knowledge including SQL
  • Familiarity with Service Management (e.g. incident management, monitoring) processes and tools
  • ITIL foundation certified OR experience in an ITIL based environment
  • Process management tool knowledge (eg Visio)
