Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

holding internal trainings and workshops in Hungarian and English, in the topics of diversity and inclusion
planning, organizing and coordinating the Centre’s events
liaising with the Hungarian and international partners of the Centre
monitoring existing contacts and partner institutions as well as establishing new contacts/partnerships,
devising communication strategy for the Centre, establishing and maintaining the communication channels, materials, and platforms of the Centre
planning intranet and website structure and content, Coordinating the content and ensuring that it is the is updated regularly
devising social media strategy and concept for the Centre, overseeing communication channels
liaising with the Communications department at Corvinus, making sure Centre materials are in line with Corvinus design requirements
compiling and communicating annual report, creating concept and coordinating content
Supervising CTL communication interns.

Requirements

Requirements:

BA/BSc degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of education/communication
Experience with data analysis
C1 level in English and Hungarian (spoken and written)
Advanced MS Office and Canva (or equivalent) skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving skills, creativity, proactive attitude
Preciseness and attention to detail, systems thinking
Excellent communication and networking skills.
