We are currently looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable

Managing Director of Fresh Corner Gastro Subsidiary.

Purpose of the position:

FC Standalone manager is responsible for the Hungarian FCR business unit’s operational division including Restaurants, Coffee shops and all relevant new initiatives. He/she will manage the entire team of those units through the operational managers, as well as take responsibility of the FC Restaurant enabling team members.

Execution of Group & Local level Retail Standalone strategy by maximizing shareholder value through focus on our four core strategic pillars: 1) Selling points 2) Customer focus 3) People 4) Speed to market; and proactively contribute to the overall strategy of Fresh Corner Restaurant business.

Main responsibilities:

Leading the operational managers to define the bases of the standard operational processes and ensuring the efficient execution, developing productivity excellence, managing the OPEX spending and supervising the operational tasks of the local network as well as the performance of the FCR units employees
Taking responsibility of the projects of new initiatives End to End, through leading the Project managers and working with all relevant cross functions and preparing all decisions and creating all necessary leadership summaries
Taking responsibility of managing all FC units through the operational managers, being responsible of the asset management and be the Managing Director of Fresh Corner Restaurant Kft.
Participating in Business planning and development of cost plans: preparing sales and other reports, analyze trends and spotting early warning for trend improvement, propose new initiatives
Monitoring customer expectations/satisfaction, competitor’s development and giving inputs and feedback for development standalone formats, strategies and implementing activities related to standalone improvement.
Collaborating with all necessary cross functions and also with the group teams, representing standalone units
Monitoring stock level and performing inventory on standalone sites
Supervising standalone sites related to infrastructure safety, participating in maintenance planning
Settling the standalone sites customers’ complaints
Represent Fresh Corner Restaurant in front of third party suppliers
Represent Fresh Corner Restaurant in front of MOL Group and build a customer focused and efficient process for the standalone experience
As a member of the FCR management team, proactively develops the overall customer offer, processes and culture of the business unit

Education, skills, experience:

High level degree.
3+ years managerial experience in Restaurant/Fast food restaurant/Coffee shop/Customer goods domain.
Customer service management.
Leading leaders.
Fluency in English.
