As a Management Support Expert at MOL Downstream Zrt, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategic decisions in our Downstream devision, coordinating high-profile projects, and optimizing processes that matter—both locally and at the Group level. Tasks
Prepare and present strategic insights by creating reports, analyses, and presentations that support Downstream senior management in decision-making.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives by organizing workshops, meetings, and key management events, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends, performance gaps, and benchmarking opportunities that drive business planning and operational improvements.
Support project execution by managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements across Downstream functions.
Facilitate communication and engagement by preparing materials for internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless information flow within the organization.
Requirements
Educational Background: You have a Master's or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Technical or Economics).
Professional Experience: Confident and proven practical knowledge, at least 2-3 years of experience in business support, project coordination, financial analysis, communication or a similar role within the oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors.
Skills & Mindset:
Fluent in English; additional languages (Hungarian, Croatian, Slovak etc.) are an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
Excellent organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with SAP, Power BI, Canva, Slido, or similar tools is a plus.
