Management Support Expert

Location: Budapest, MOL Campus

Scope of the position:

Here, you will immerse yourself in supporting our organization and the wider Downstream top management in delivering key initiatives. You'll craft clear, impactful messages to engage our employee community and play a vital role in delivering world-class events, projects, and materials as part of our dynamic team.

In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership, collaborating with top-level management to deliver results that matter.

• Strategic Decision Support: Prepare high-level analyses and reports to inform critical Downstream decisions and align with corporate objectives.

• Business Planning: Coordinate the Downstream business planning process, ensuring efficiency targets and strategic initiatives are achieved.

• Project Management Excellence: Lead and oversee group projects with tangible business impact.

• Innovation and Engagement: Design and execute initiatives like innovation contests and cross-functional events to foster creativity and collaboration.

• Corporate Communication: Develop targeted communication tools and manage investor relations to support the organization’s strategic messaging.

We’re looking for a results-driven professional with a passion for excellence and innovation.

• Educational Background: University/College degree in business, economics, or a related field.

• Professional Experience:

  • 3+ years in corporate environments, with demonstrated success in strategic decision-making or management support roles.

  • Proven track record in project management, including cross-functional and high-stakes initiatives.

• Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Office 365 proficiency; familiarity with tools like Power BI, Yammer, or Menti is a plus.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to distill complex information into clear insights.

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results.

• Preferred: Slovakian or Croatian language skills and experience with data visualization tools
