Responsibilities

  • As a Lead HR Manager you will be the HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as provide coaching, your HR process expertise and work on other general HR activities.
  • The Lead HR Manager acts as the HR Manager of record for a client group. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
  • Focused on execution of standard enabling activities/provision of advice subject to policy and work routines within an enabling discipline. There may be some latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing situations.
  • As a lead HRM (HRBP) You will mainly be responsible for Business Partnership for you client group in our Veresegyhaz repair facility, providing the full range of HR support from organizational to individual.
  • Your roles and responsibilities may include collaborating with mid level managers to ensure the site has the necessary talent and skills to meet operational needs.
  • You will work with employee relations issues to maintain a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • You will work with HR metrics and analytics.
  • In GE we are continuously broadening our knowledge of theories, practices and procedures to execute functional policy/strategy; still developing functional knowledge and skills and this is what you will do too.
  • You will will need basic understanding of key business drivers; use this understanding to accomplish your own work. Good understanding of how work of your own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  • You will have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework and will be required to resolve issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
  • Your job requires very good interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • This role requires several years of experience in HR Generalist.
  • Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
