Állás leírása

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact Hungarian and international partners using existing and partially prepared databases
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients via phone and email
  • Identify customer needs and support the development of tailored service proposals
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads, actively contributing to the sales funnel
  • Support the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of commercial offers
  • Participate in daily professional consultations with the CEO and Scientific Director
  • Conduct market research, map market players, and build new prospect databases
  • Perform administrative and preparatory background tasks supporting sales and business development activities

Requirements

  • Confident written and verbal communication skills in English (daily interaction with European clients)
  • Relevant higher education background or strong interest in Agriculture, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Food Science, or related fields
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Structured, independent, and reliable work style
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a complex scientific and regulatory environment

Nice-to-have

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Basic knowledge of the chemical, agricultural, or regulatory sectors
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
