Marketing Trainee

ABOUT THE JOB 
Ceva-Phylaxia seeks applicants for the position of Marketing Trainee in the Regional Digital Marketing Management team within the Commercial Directorate of Ceva-Phylaxia, located at 1093 Budapest, Közraktár Street 32, Riverpark Office Building.

• Coordination of marketing assets for eCommerce and retail partners: send banners, visuals, and newsletters according to calendar and brand instructions
• Assist in briefing agencies, collecting visuals, and localizing basic content (texts, banners)
• Website content (texts, visuals) update based on translated and approved materials
• Asset localization with internal tools (Canva, Photoshop, Binder)
• Support in managing content creation with Campaign Monitoring (newsletter tool)
• Organize folder structure by countries by brands
• Monitor POS & gadget inventory and coordinate reorders or reprints with suppliers when needed
• Creating folder transparent, structure for marketing materials
• PO and invoice/vendor management
• Support event coordination: order catering, manage print material logistics, prepare gadget deliveries, and assist in booth setup

• Ongoing university studies in Marketing, Communications or related field
• English knowledge both verbal and written
• Creativity and experience in Photoshop / Canva experience is an advantage
• Interest in digital marketing and/or eCommerce
• Previous internship or student job experience in marketing or administrative role is an advantage
• Availability for at least 3 working days per week for 12 months
