Responsibilities

Supports ITSM process managers in the design, development and documentation of ITSM processes.
Collaborates with IT teams and business areas to ensure the efficient operation of processes, supports them in the use of ITSM tools.
Continuously checks the data in the ITSM tool, supports anomaly detection.
Tracks the KPIs and related SLAs defined for the given process.
Participates in supporting audits related to the ITSM area.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in configuration management in a large enterprise environment (financial sector is an advantage).
Working knowledge of ITIL processes and process relationships.
