The Service Manager will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality end-user services and support across all European regions and countries. This role also owns the hardware management process and supports the wider infrastructure team with Field Service activities. The position involves designing and developing the service setup, proposing and implementing suitable solutions, processes, and ways of working, as well as leading a team of experts located in various European countries.You will be part of a global ICT team and will report directly to the Infrastructure and Service Manager. The role requires you to be based in one of Teknos’ European countries, preferably within or close to the DACH region, and within reasonable distance from one of our sites in Germany or Liechtenstein.
