International Personal Finance (IPF) the mother company of Provident Pénzügyi Zrt. is looking for a new expert in its Global IT Team

IT EUC Specialist

Main responsibilities:

  • Identify, classify and analyse root causes and solve incidents in the area of Company IT solutions according to the guarantees provided in the SLA (incident management process);
  • diagnose problems based on the analysis of detected irregularities and manage the process of their solution;
  • define standards related to workplaces, mobile devices, printers and EUC management systems for the IPF Group;
  • create and update technical documentation, knowledge base and procedures for solving typical incidents and problems related to the Company IT systems;
  • implement tasks improving the quality of services provided by the IT in terms of applications and supporting processes;
  • active participation in the process of IT solutions change (change and release management process) as part of the EUC environment;
  • co-operate with Suppliers with regard to the solution of incidents related to EUC solutions;
  • implement administrative activities in terms of IT solutions (End User Computing and Competence Centres);
  • participate in IT projects related to End User Computing and Competence Centres.

What you need to have:

  • At least 4 years’ experience in IT Support team;
  • excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365;
  • good understanding of technology standards;
  • good knowledge of Windows Servers; Active Directory, WSUS, MDT, PowerShell;
  • good knowledge in area of PC management tools (e.g. SCCM , Landesk, Baramundi);
  • good knowledge in area of mobile devices (Android, IOS) and Mobile Device; Management systems (e.g. Intune, MobileIron, Airwatch);
  • advanced level English knowledge;
  • analytical skills;
  • problem solving and diagnostic skills;
  • good communication skills.
