Main duties we will assign to you:

As part of the Executive Committee (ExCom), you will be responsible for all Human Resources matters of the hotel, supporting all departments and projects with your HR Team of 2.
Specific responsibilities include:

Working in cooperation with the General Manager and the Excom Team and the Northern European headquarters and actively lead HR functions
To provide effective leadership and support to the hotel team members to ensure well-being of our team
To plan, lead and control Payroll budget and forecasts through IHG-developed software systems
To comply with Labor Law and regulatory requirements
Ensure that open positions are filled in time
Effectively build Employer Branding
Work closely with Cluster Training and Development Manager in fulfilling all needs of the organization
Together with the team ensure there is a warm and welcoming atmosphere and work ethic in the hotel
Manager on duty shifts when required
Be of counsel to the ExCom and management team with wider management responsibilities

What we consider in the recruitment process:

Relevant Bsc. or Msc. with experience in a similar position (Assistant or Deputy positions also welcome)
If you have thorough knowledge of managing budgets and forecasts
If you are an Excel-pro
If you possess excellent leadership skills
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal in Hungarian and English is a must
Your comfort in a multinational environment will be of help to you
If you are flexible, proactive and caring and you are leading by example
If you are enthusiastic about taking up a new challenge and develop your skills
