Manage the Factory HR strategy
Strategical cooperation with Plant Management
HR process development
Recruitment white/blue collar workers: preparing advertisements, filtering CV’s, leading interviews, creating offer letters
Managing HR documentation as labour contracts, job descriptions, mutual agreements, exit interviews
Designing HR regulations and policies
Managing disciplinary procedures, HR controlling and reports
Recruitment of high potential employees to develop the organisation
Succession planning: support talent cycle with short- and long-term planning
Performance evaluation & Career development (training and coaching)
Coordination HR related contractors and suppliers
Factory internal communication

3-5 years of relevant (HR Business Partner or HR manager) experience in an international environment
Broad perspective on the entire field of HR
Experience in hiring employees for new plants/factories/production units is an advantage
Relevant higher education
Fluent business communication verbally and in writing in English
Strategic approach
Excellent organizational skills, taking responsibility for own tasks
Enthusiastic, proactive with a solution focus
Able to work effectively in a team
