Responsibilities

Training System Construction: Establish and optimize the company's training management system, formulate relevant regulations, standardize training processes, and improve support systems (resource library, trainer team, venues) to ensure systematic and standardized training operations.
Annual Training Plan Development: Conduct training needs assessments with department heads, analyze organizational goals and employee demands, develop annual/quarterly training plans (objectives, content, budget, etc.), and track implementation progress after approval.
Training Organization & Implementation: Execute training programs (general, onboarding, skill training), coordinate resources (trainers, venues, materials), and ensure smooth course delivery.
Training Assessment & Effect Evaluation: Design assessment methods (written tests, practical operations) to check learning outcomes; conduct post-training evaluations (e.g., Kirkpatrick model), collect feedback, and propose improvements to enhance training quality.
Training Resource Management: Build and manage internal trainer teams (recruitment, training, incentives); develop/update training materials and integrate external high-quality resources to enrich content.
Headquarters Training Alignment: Maintain effective communication and coordination with the headquarters training department, align training strategies, share training information, and ensure local training work is consistent with headquarters requirements.

Requirements

Language Proficiency: Fluent in both spoken and written English, able to independently develop English training materials, conduct bilingual training courses, and communicate effectively with international teams or external English-speaking training partners.
Educational Background and Work Experience: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Education, Organizational Behavior, or related majors; at least 3-5 years of training management experience in medium and large enterprises, with experience in training system construction and annual training plan development.
Professional Skills: Proficient in training needs assessment, course design, and training effect evaluation methods; have the ability to independently develop training courses and materials; familiar with common training tools and platforms (such as e-learning systems, courseware production software); have excellent organizational coordination, on-site control, and communication expression abilities.
Comprehensive Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, proactive work attitude, and good team collaboration spirit; able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; have a good understanding of the industry development trends and job skill requirements, and can adjust training strategies in a timely manner according to the company's development needs.
Cross-Cultural Collaboration Ability: Possess excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively coordinate with teams of different cultural backgrounds and promote training work smoothly in a multicultural environment.
