Responsibilities

The HR Generalist-Regional Support will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR operations across Hungary, the West Europe, and Israel. This role ensures compliance with local labor laws, supports employee lifecycle processes, and partners with business leaders to deliver HR services that align with organizational and operational goals.

Oversee HR activities for Hungary, UK, and Israel, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data management.
Review and validate monthly payroll inputs and outputs, ensuring accuracy in salaries, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and benefits prior to final approval.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies in all three countries.
Employee Lifecycle Support
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, employment agreements, and other related documentation.
Support performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR related matters.
Maintain and update HR policies to reflect local regulations and global standards.
Handle employee relations matters, including performance issues, grievances, and disciplinary processes, in compliance with local labor laws.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with GDPR and other applicable data privacy regulations.
Escalate complex employee relations or compliance issues to the Senior International HR Manager as appropriate.
Assist in recruitment processes, liaising with hiring managers and external agencies.
Coordinate training and development programs across regions.
Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for leadership.
Support regional leadership by facilitating communication and coordination across teams in Hungary, the UK, and Israel.
Assist in consolidating key HR updates and information from different markets to support regional visibility and alignment.
Provide HR support for regional initiatives and organizational changes when required.
Any other duties as and when delegated by the immediate superior or the management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a multi-country environment.
Good knowledge of labor laws in Hungary; familiarity with UK and Israeli regulations is a plus.
Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across regions.
