HR Digitalization Consultant

We have established a new unit within GBS HR, Operational Excellence and Analytics. The aim for the unit is to deliver on ambitious improvements targets through standardization and scale and utilizing digitalization opportunities. The team working within the unit should help GBS HR to prioritize initiatives, strengthen user-experience and cross HUB deliveries and be an internal advisor on core capabilities within project management, change management, people analytics and business systems.

We give you a unique chance to work with improvement processes, applying your analytical skills and business understanding to make a positive difference, further strengthening our position through our HR Hubs in a key role in which you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the company.

We offer an exciting opportunity to:

  • Support Process Improvements to standardize and optimize processes across HR Hubs in alignment with GBS HR Process Leads
  • Be the HR subject matter expert in GBS Business Systems, and the go to person for the topic
  • Be updated and help GBS HR Process Leads to identify digital opportunities within HR through use of e.g. SuccessFactors and other HR tools
  • Ensure that GBS Business Systems is rolled out for GBS HR
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops both with internal and externals stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the HR digital strategy as well as to identify digital needs and opportunities
  • GBS HR management support (facilitate internal meetings and workshops, help to plan, and organize)
  • Be Project manager for internal projects, both minor and larger
  • Follow-up on projects, overall visibility of timelines, milestones, budget, project resources, etc.
  • Leverage best practices gained through improvement activities to other activities
  • Contribute to our Growth strategy
  • Work on Business case development for new opportunities, from beginning until they are implemented as part of the business

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, change management process improvements, IT, HR, or a comparable role.
  • Experience in a Shared Service environment and/or Consultancy environment is preferred
  • HR /Business MSc or equivalent degree
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • HR knowledge is an advantage
  • International experience, personal or professional 
  • Experience with Business Systems
  • Good understanding of digitalization and how technology can help HR
  • Change management/project management experience
  • Strong ability to influence and motivate others 
  • Strong performance drive combined with a global mindset and a high customer and service orientation
  • Work well in teams with diverse background
  • Analytical, structured and results-oriented approach, and demonstrate high integrity in the work
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are engaged and independent, with the ability to prioritize your own time and activities effectively
