HR Coordinator

Task:

Purpose of the HR Coordinator role (This is a 2-year contract position):
Manage and coordinate the whole employee life cycle. The HR Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office and has a deep insight in areas such as on- and offboarding, recruitment, payroll administration, benefits and compensation, health and safety, legal compliance, manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs, employee relations, training & development.
Your responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for all human resource activities including employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits.
  • Lead the whole recruitment process, pre-screen CVs, schedule and conduct interviews,
  • first point of contact for hiring managers, develop and maintain relationship with recruitment agencies, prepare offer letters, work contracts and job descriptions.
  • Monitor new employees’ induction process.
  • Process all Compensation & Benefit tasks including: payroll, bonus, fringe benefits, promotion, full responsibility for salary alignment, work closely with the third-party payroll provider.
  • Full responsibility for payroll process.
  • Lead entry and exit procedure.
  • Maintain the Kronos Time and Attendance system, Workday.
  • Prepare reports (HC, Business Balanced Score Card, Health and Safety)
  • Responsible for data quality of Workday system. 
  • Contact person towards: company lawyers, payroll vendor, voluntary pension fund representative.
  • Keep contact with employees who are in maternity leave.
  • First point of contact for several business units.
  • Manage entire Employee Share Purchase Plan process locally, keep contact with the employees,  payroll & accounting team.
  • Participate event organization such as Christmas Party, Charity Event, Team Building.
  • Monitor trainings and organize the training process in alignment with the business needs and audit requirements.
  • Prepare documentations and statistics, update employment database, compensation and benefits administration, maintain employee files, track changes in employee status.
  • Updating all HR policies and documents.
  • Organize first aid course and fire and accident protection training.
  • Communicate with external HR colleagues, stakeholders, local employees, contact persons of the different fields daily.

Expectation:

  • Educated to HR/Economic Degree or equivalent in HR working experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience in HR Coordinator or similar position, international environment.
  • Important skills and competencies: accuracy, decision-making ability, independent work, proactive mentality, responsibility for daily work, team player with good cooperation and communication skills
  • Language skills: fluent in English and Hungarian.
