What will we do together?
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, including preparing paperwork for employee contracts, keeping touch with payroll
- Support employee offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.
- Assist in the administration of HR programs, such as employee recognition initiatives and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Assist with special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience-minimum 2 years- as an HR Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- Proficient communication skills in English
- A valid Group B driver’s license.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
