We are looking for someone to fill the role of HR Business Partner, who will complement the People & Culture team. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our (international) Customer Service department and our own People & Culture team, and you will play an active role in shaping a great people experience. (As this role is part of an international team based in Zurich proficiency in German and English is essential.)
You can expect a healthy mix of hands-on work in everyday life (yes, real HRBP life!) and more complex tasks where you will support the further development and growth of these areas.

HR Business Partner (w/m/d)
Your tasks
You advise and empower our employees and managers throughout the entire employee life cycle and build trusting relationships.
You analyze key performance indicators (KPIs, monitoring) and develop appropriate measures together with the business – as a sparring partner on eye level
You will be the central contact person for our core processes, such as performance and salary reviews, as well as for our system landscape, including its continuous optimization.
You will also take on administrative tasks related to training and business travel.
Together with your team and the specialist departments, you will carry out projects that support our quarterly and annual goals and increase the impact of our work.
You will support managers in successfully shaping change, resolving conflicts, and developing their leadership skills.
Your skills
You have at least 5 years of solid experience as an HR business partner and are well versed in Swiss labor law.
Ideally, you have already worked in an operational (industrial) environment and are familiar with the specifics of the shop floor.
You are fluent in German and English, which is essential for our international collaboration.
You approach tasks patiently, communicate clearly and convincingly, and have a healthy degree of assertiveness.
You work independently, think pragmatically, and find simple solutions.
With your hands-on mentality and helpfulness, you provide support wherever it is needed.
You are resilient and flexible – especially when strategies change.
You solve challenges creatively and on your own initiative.
