Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contract preparation, changes, and offboarding
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and ensure GDPR compliance
- Track absences, leave, and other work time records
- Support performance management cycles, training, and internal development
- Provide office administration and general business support
- Coordinate trainings, travel, and small HR projects
- Liaise with external partners (payroll, benefits)
- Full-time position (40 hours/week)
- Work mode: Onsite
- Location: Debrecen
Requirements
Qualifications [EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE]
- Degree or formal education in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
- HR administration experiences
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Canva).
- Ability to work with HR systems and databases.
- Good understanding of data protection and confidentiality principles.
- English B2 or Higher
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Nice-to-have
- Category B driving license is an advantage.
