Responsibilities
Owning and continuously improving People Operations processes across the full employee lifecycle
Ensuring smooth and human-centered onboarding and offboarding experiences
Overseeing payroll and benefits, working closely with external partners to ensure accuracy and compliance
Supporting and further developing performance management and feedback cycles
Actively contributing to learning & development initiatives, leadership support and people manager effectiveness
Driving employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, translating insights into meaningful action plans
Acting as a cultural anchor by supporting community building and internal culture initiatives
Actively participating in people & culture initiatives (Meetups, events, etc..)
Leading and supporting the Recruitment Lead and Office Management Lead, while hands-on owning People Operations and Community areas
Partnering closely with senior stakeholders and C-level management on people-related topics
Ensuring continuous alignment and transparent reporting towards the CEO
Acting as a representative and key contributor to group-level People initiatives

Requirements
8+ years of experience across People Operations, Recruitment, Community building and HR process development
Hands-on experience with payroll, compensation and benefits in a multinational environment
Experience in working at international/multinational companies, ideally in tech/IT
Confidence in building, scaling and refining People processes, not just maintaining them
Fluent in English and comfortable operating in an international setup
Natural ability to build trust and strong relationships, with an open, approachable and people-centric mindset
Structured, reliable and calm presence, even when things are moving fast or changing constantly
Genuine care for culture, with the ability to protect and strengthen it through everyday decisions
Enjoyment in balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Hands-on experience with payroll, compensation and benefits in a multinational environment
