Our client is a pioneering multinational company that empowers individuals through education in strategic real estate investment. While the organisation is headquartered in the United Kingdom, it is in a dynamic growth phase with active operations in Liechtenstein, Budapest and Dubai, and further international expansion ahead.
In this role, HR is not just a support function but a core business enabler. The Head of HR will build a compliant and risk-aware people framework that directly supports international growth.

  • Lead and oversee payroll operations from both a strategic and operational perspective, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and full legal compliance
  • Own senior-level Employee Relations, handling complex disciplinary and termination cases while minimising legal and reputational risks
  • Design and implement HR policies, frameworks and guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all locations
  • Drive strategic HR and organisational change initiatives in direct alignment with business objectives
  • Manage international HR operations and ensure labour law compliance
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Board, providing insight on HR risks, regulatory changes and data-driven, people analytics based decision support
  • Senior HR leader with strong expertise in employment law and employee relations
  • Solid understanding of UK labour law and HR practices gained through direct UK market experience
  • Proven experience managing HR compliance and operations across multiple countries
  • Fluent English with confidence to operate at executive and board level
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on experience in payroll governance and HR operations
  • Demonstrated track record in leading organisational change and transformation
  • Direct impact on the growth and international expansion
