Group M&S Finance Business Partner

Location: MOL Campus, Budapest

Scope of the position:

Here, you'll immerse yourself in comprehensive financial processes, playing a crucial part in shaping the company's financial direction and providing valuable insights that directly impact our strategic decisions.

• Support the business with regular and ad-hoc economic, OPEX analysis and review business performance
• Support the management in the decision-making process and give advice to action
• Create and perform presentations from the analysis and reports according to the business needs
• Support the financial validation and reporting of functional CAPEX projects
• Participate in the preparation of the service catalogue
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting cycle of Group functional OPEX, CAPEX, FTE, internal charges and participate in the Group-level financial reporting
• Support HR Controlling tasks, coordination planning and monthly reporting of personal type cost (PTE) and headcount
• Collect drivers of development of costs with the relevant business, prepare analysis for top-management

• Educational Background: You have a University or College degree in finance/economics/business or equivalent,
• Professional Experience: At least 2-4 years working experience within financial controlling, reporting, business analyst roles,
• Skills:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Office 365 proficiency; familiarity with tools like Power BI, Power Query or other data visualization tools and SQL is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder and communication skills,
  • Knowledge of general corporate processes, accounting, corporate finance,
  • Service- and process-oriented mindset,
  • Analytical thinking,
  • Proactivity with a problem solving mindset.
