Ready to shape how the next generation of MOL Group leaders grow and succeed? This role gives you the opportunity to design Group-wide leadership initiatives that directly influence the future of our organisation.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The position leads the Group-wide Leadership Development Framework and oversees core leadership programs, including the leadership and MBA portfolios and the Coaching & Mentoring frameworks. It ensures that all leadership development activities align with MOL Group’s strategic and cultural priorities and supports consistent implementation across business units and OpCos.
Tasks
Design and maintain the MOL Group Leadership Development Framework, ensuring it supports strategic priorities and cultural transformation across markets and OpCos.
Develop and deliver the Group‑level Leadership and MBA program portfolios, ensuring consistent quality and harmonised implementation across the organisation.
Operate and enhance the Group Coaching and Mentoring frameworks, providing structured and impactful development opportunities for leaders.
Create and integrate new leadership modules and concepts, such as DEIB, engagement tools, and new leader integration, based on evolving organisational needs.
Continuously upgrade leadership development tools and processes, incorporating modern trends, insights, and digital learning solutions.
Engage and support HR and business stakeholders, and collaborate with internal and external partners to bring in best practices and strengthen leadership development culture.
Coordinate cross-country and cross-functional task forces, ensuring smooth implementation of the Leadership Development Framework and related initiatives.
Support Group-level leadership development projects, ensuring alignment and effective execution across core markets.
Requirements
University degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in leadership development, including designing and implementing leadership programs in a multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of coaching, mentoring, and adult learning principles.
Experience in managing cross-functional or cross-country projects.
Strategic mindset, ability to link leadership development with business goals.
Excellent conceptual thinking, stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
Passion for innovation, learning, and leadership development.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Strong MS Office skills.
